Service Description
Important: RG Score provides training evaluations only. This is NOT an official competition protocol, FIG certification, or replacement for competition judging.
Our service connects gymnasts and coaches with experienced judges who provide feedback on routines using FIG Code of Points methodology. Evaluations are subjective professional opinions intended for training purposes.
Your Responsibilities
- You must have rights to upload the video (be the performer, parent/guardian, or coach with permission)
- Videos must show rhythmic gymnastics routines only
- You must provide accurate contact information
- For videos featuring minors, you confirm parental/guardian consent
About Evaluations
- D-scores are based on elements clearly visible in the video
- Evaluations represent one judge's professional opinion
- Scores may differ from official competition results
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within the selected timeframe but cannot guarantee exact timing. Delays may occur during high-volume periods. If we cannot meet the selected timeframe, you will be notified and offered options.
Refunds
Refunds are available if evaluation is not delivered within 2x the selected timeframe, or if video is unwatchable and cannot be evaluated. Contact support@rgscore.eu for refund requests.
Limitations
We are not responsible for decisions made based on our evaluations. This service does not replace official competition judging or FIG certification processes.
